Make an image of a massive city in a vast salt flat. This city should have modern buildings with slight hints of traditional Japanese architecture. Make sure it is lively and has a lot of charm and personality. This city is the capital of an Empire that just got back to its former glory. Make sure that most buildings are white like the colour of ivory, but do add some colour to a few of them too. Model the city like kyoto. Make sure it looks modern while retaining an old school aesthetic. Make the buildings smaller and not like skyscrapers. Again this is an ancient capital city with modern looking buildings.
