
“I started my operations journey with McDonald’s as Floor Manager which gave me a strong ground to further grow with the brands like, Pizza Hut, Café Coffee Day, Mirah Hospitality, KFC, K Corp and Sbarro India. It was Mirah Hospitality, where I first gained exposure to managing stores across different regions and ensuring consistency in quality and performance. I later expanded my experience with KFC and Sbarro, where my responsibilities grew to managing and launching stores across a wide network of cities. Over the years, I’ve handled operations and projects in Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, Vadodara, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Bangalore, Pune, Surat and Delhi. Each city came with its own challenges—different customer preferences, staffing dynamics, supply chain realities, and competitive environments. My role involved ensuring that every store, regardless of location, ran with the same level of operational discipline, brand standards, and profitability focus. This multi-city exposure has helped me develop strong capabilities in: • City-level P&L and cost control • Staff hiring, training & performance management • Implementing SOPs consistently across geographies • Managing audits, food safety and compliance • Driving performance in both high-volume and developing markets”
