Make a few images of a sprawling vast capital city in the middle of a vast salt flat at night. The city should have buildings that look modern and almost like ivory but should have certain traditional Japanese elements and features. This is an ancient yet fairly advanced capital of an Empire that has been restored. The buildings should be close together but not be a proper concrete jungle. Also don't submerge the salt flats- make sure they are white. Also make the buildings whiter and make them look a bit more modernized without looking too futuristic. Male the city larger make the buildings taller but not skyscrapers and make it feel like a grand old capital (kinda like kyoto). Also add more life to it and do t make it look as dystopian. Add more personality and charm
