I want a house plan of 21*54 square feet. 21 feet on the east and west side and 54 feet north and south side. Road on the eastern side .On the ground floor I want a small car or bike parking area of about 70 to 80 square feet. Hall of about 240 to 280 square feet. Kitchen and dining of standard size. Bedroom of about 143 to 165 square feet or more if possible. Bathroom attached with a bedroom of standard size. Small washing area . Central courtyard 80 to 120 square feet and staircase of standard size. On the first floor I want two bedrooms out of which one with an attached bathroom and balcony of suitable size . Common toilet and bathroom. Don't consider the vastu. If all these sizes of badroom hall etc are not fitted then you can change slightly in it but make a perfect layout.
