By accessing or using Luraivin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Luraivin is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images using artificial intelligence models including FLUX.1 and other AI technologies. The Service includes:

• Text-to-image generation using AI models

• AI assistant suggestions and guidance

• Public and private image galleries

• User account management

• Multiple subscription tiers (Free, Premium, Pro)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Account Registration:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

• One account per user - creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited

Account Security:

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• Create deepfakes or misleading content involving real people without consent

• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Generate spam or unsolicited commercial content

• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's code

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts

• Create content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you provide

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your prompts to generate images

• For public gallery images, you grant us a license to display and share them

Generated Images:

• You own the images generated through the Service

• Images are subject to the AI model's license terms

• We make no warranties about uniqueness or copyright status of generated images

• You are solely responsible for how you use generated images

Our Content:

• The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Luraivin

• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property

• "Luraivin" name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

Subscription Plans:

• Free Plan: Limited daily image generation (1 image/day)

• Premium Plan: Increased daily limits (50 images/day)

• Pro Plan: Unlimited generation with priority processing

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection

• Prices are in USD or local currency based on your region

• We use Stripe and Razorpay for secure payment processing

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Billing:

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds for partial billing periods

Daily Limits:

• Free users: 1 image per day

• Premium users: 50 images per day

• Pro users: Unlimited with fair use policy

Fair Use:

• Limits are based on device fingerprint and IP address

• VPNs and incognito mode do not bypass limits

• Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions

• We reserve the right to adjust limits to prevent abuse

Rate Limiting:

• API requests may be rate-limited to ensure service quality

• Automated high-volume requests require prior approval

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• We collect minimal personal information (email, name, usage data)

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties

• We use cookies and analytics to improve the Service

• Your prompts and generated images may be used to improve our AI models

• Public gallery images are visible to all users

• Private images are only accessible to you

Service "As Is":

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or offensive

• We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of generated content

Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you

Third-Party Services:

• We use third-party AI providers (fal.ai, Together AI)

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or issues

• Third-party terms and privacy policies may also apply

DMCA Policy:

• We respect intellectual property rights

• If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at: contact@luraivin.com

• Include: your contact info, description of copyrighted work, location of infringing content, and a good faith statement

Counter-Notification:

• If your content was removed, you may file a counter-notification

• We will restore content unless the copyright owner files legal action within 10 business days

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Illegal or fraudulent activity

• Abuse of the Service or other users

• Non-payment of subscription fees

• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately

• Your data may be deleted after a grace period

• Paid subscription fees are non-refundable

• These Terms survive termination where applicable

Governing Law:

Dispute Resolution:
